I'M GETTING A TRIM BODY
I've been following the Trim Body Weight Management plan for 11 days. Both my husband and myself have been amazed by the changes we're seeing in our shapes. I've lost pounds, but I've also lost inches, particularly around the waist.
I also have an enormous amount of energy, which I've been using to clean and organize my house. So, the program has been doubly beneficial.
At first, I munched on carrots and celery for snacks. But Den and I have been experimenting, and we've found other possibilities:
- Green pepper slices
- Water chestnuts
- Vegetable soup (1 cup, homemade, without fat)
- Pickled turnips (don't turn up your nose, they're GREAT!)
- Sweet potato (1/2)
- Cauliflower and broccoli
- Vegetable juice (Harvest 12 is both delicious and handy)
