IT'S REALLY STARTING TO SHOW
I've been a good little girl about sticking to the Trim Body plan, and I'm beginning to see the positive effects.
- My clothes are looser
- My jawline is getting more defined, although I still have the double chin
- My shoulders are no longer feeling the pain of my underwear diggning into them
- My shoes are getting looser (I'm retaining less water)
- I stand straighter
- I move faster
- I can run upstairs
I'm looking forward to being on 3 meals a day, starting tomorrow. I think I'll have cereal and fruit tomorrow for breakfast. LOVE those carbs!
